ARTHUR W. ROVINE is Adjunct Professor of Law, Fordham Law School, and an international arbitrator. He retired as Partner from Baker & McKenzie in 2005. Mr. Rovine was Cairman of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association from 1985 to 1986 and President of the American Society of International Law from 2000 to 2002.

R. DOAK BISHOP is a Partner in King & Spalding’s Houston office and Chair of the Firm’s International Arbitration Practice Group. He is Vice-Chair of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration.

THOMAS E. CARBONNEAU is the Orlando Distinguished Professor of Law and Editor-in-Chief of the World Arbitration and Mediation Report, as well as Faculty Director of the Penn State Institute of Arbitration Law and Practice.

JAMES H. CARTER is a Partner in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and coordinator of its international arbitration practice. He was President of the American Society of International Law from 2004 to 2006, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association and has chaired its Arbitration Law Committee.

ROBERT DAVIDSON is Executive Director of the Arbitration Practice at JAMS. He was formerly a litigation partner at Baker & McKenzie from 1979-2003.

DANA H. FREYER is a Partner in Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP in the New York office. She heads Skadden’s Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution practices and is a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group.

WHITMORE GRAY is a Visiting Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law and Professor Emeritus, University of Michigan School of Law.

SALLY HARPOLE is a Solicitor, Attorney and Chartered Arbitrator based in Hong Kong. She is Senior Vice-Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the IBA.

DR. SIGVARD JARVIN is Counsel to Jones Day, Paris. He was the rapporteur at the 1990 and 1998 ICCA Congresses and was General Counsel, ICC International Court of Arbitration, Paris (1982-1987) and member of the Court (1988-1995).

DR. JULIAN D. M. LEW QC is Visiting Professor and Head of the School of International Arbitration, Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary, University of London.

JOSEPH T. McLAUGHLIN is a Shareholder in Heller Ehrman LLP and is a member of the Securities Litigation, Antitrust & Trade Regulation, and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. He is Chairman of the New York office.

MICHAEL J. MOSER is a Partner in O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Hong Kong and Beijing and co-head of the firm's China practice. He is Vice Chairman of the HKIAC and a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of CIETAC.

HON. RICHARD M. MOSK is Associate Justice, California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District and Former Judge at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal.

NANCY NELSON is Senior Fellow of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, and an adjunct faculty member at Fordham Law School, teaching international commercial arbitration. She was previously Citicorp/Citibank’s specialist on all forms of dispute resolution.

STEVEN C. NELSON is Partner in the International Practice Group of Dorsey & Whitney in Hong Kong, and Co-chair of Asian Practice Group and of the International Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group.

PATRICK M. NORTON is a Partner in O’Melveny & Myers’ Washington, DC office, and was previously the Managing Partner of O’Melveny’s Beijing office.

MICHAEL PRYLES is President of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, President of the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group and a consultant to the law firm Clayton Utz.

MICHAEL E. SCHNEIDER is a Partner in LALIVE, and Vice-Chair of the Swiss Arbitration Association and the leader of its Geneva Group, as well as Vice Chairman of the ICC Commission on International Arbitration.

LINDA J. SILBERMAN is the Martin Lipton Professor of Law at New York University School of Law and is presently Co-Reporter (with Professor Andreas Lowenfeld for the American Law Institute project on International Jurisdiction and Judgments.

HANS SMIT is the Stanley H. Fuld Professor of Law & Director, Center for International Arbitration and Litigation Law, at Columbia University in New York City.
